Brownie Bottoms Crockpot

I found this recipe from the crockery kitchen website. a very rich dessert and super easy!!

Lightly grease a 4 qt slow cooker with non-stick spray.

In a small saucepan , combine brown sugar , water , cocoa powder - bring to a boil.

In a small bowl , combine remaining ingredients with 1 / 2 cup water to form a batter.

Spread into slow cooker.

Pour boiling cocoa mixture over batter.

Cover , cook on high for 1 1 / 2 hours.

Turn off slow cooker and let stand for 30 minutes.

Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
