Brown Rice And Mushrooms


This is a very simple, healthy recipe to use as a side dish. much softer, more flavorful, and tastier than traditional rice. the rice vinegar gives it a nice flavor

Steps


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 45-50 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir , remove from heat , covered and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
