Brazil Nut Chips

Steps
Cover shelled nuts with water.
Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Cut into slices lenghtwise with a very sharp knife.
Spread in shallow pans.
Add the butter.
Salt well.
And toast at 350f until the chips are brown and toasty.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Keep an eye on them.
