Bourbon Salmon
This is my version of the sweet bourbon salmon like they serve at the lonestar steakhouse. The amount of fish used is a guess, as it really depends on if you're cooking this whole, fillets, or steaks. Cook time includes marinade time.
Steps
Mix all wet ingredients , and stir in the brown sugar.
Add the fish and marinate no less than 24 hours.
Heat grill and cook till fish is desired doneness.
