Bothnian Flatbread Finnish Maitorieska


Traditional style bread from the river kalajoki area in ostrobothnia, finland.

Steps


Heat oven to 300 degrees f.
Mix milk and salt.
Add the flour , mix and form it by hand into a flat bread , about 0.
5 cm thick.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Serve with butter and cold milk.
