Blueberry Pie Filling Coffee Cake With Spice Topping

You can use apple pie filling for this in place of the blueberry, i like the blueberry!!

Set oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 10-inch sprinform pan.

In a large bowl cream butter with sugar until fluffy.

Add in eggs and vanilla.

Beat until well combined.

In a small bowl mix together flour , baking powder , salt and cinnamon.

Add to the creamed mixture alternatley with warm milk.

Spread 2 / 3 of batter into the pan , then dollup tablespoonfuls of the pie filling all over top of the batter.

Dollup the remaining batter on top of the pie filling.

In a small bowl mix together the topping ingredients with your fingers , then sprinkle on top of cake.

Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the cake tests done.
