Blueberry Cheddar Bread
A moist and not too sweet quickbread.
Steps
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a loaf pan or round 1 1 / 2 quart baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl , combine flour , sugar , baking powder , soda , salt , orange rind and cheese and mix together.
Add juice , melted butter and egg.
Beat until smooth.
Carefully fold in the blueberries.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until bread tests done with toothpick and is firm.
