Black Eyed Beans And Broccoli


An easy tasty dish that all the family seems to enjoy.

Steps


Drain beans , and bring to boil in plenty of fresh water.
Cook until tender.
Heat oil , and add cumin and sizzle approx 30 seconds.
Add broccoli and tomatoes , stirring constantly.
Add paprika , yoghurt and garlic.
Mix and cook 7-8 minutes over a low heat.
Add drained black eyed beans , turmeric , garam masala , and salt.
Mix , and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 / 4 cup water and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat , and simmer 10-15 miutes.
