Bill's Slightly Glazed Carrots
A healthy, light way to add a touch of sweetness to carrots.
Steps
Place carrots , cut lengthwise , quartered into 3-inch pieces , in a saucepan , barely covered with water.
Add honey and salt and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer , uncovered , until carrots are tender.
Increase heat and boil off excess water.
Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir in butter.
