Steps


Crust:.
Pulse flour , baking powder , and salt in a food processor to combine.
Add butter and pulse until pea-sized pieces form.
Add water.
Pulse briefly.
Transfer dough to a floured work surface.
Form into a disk.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for 1 hour.
