Yoghurt Wholemeal Scones



Steps


Mix together flour , salt , and baking powder.
Rub in margarine.
Form into a stiff dough with the yoghurt.
Turn onto a floured board and shape with the hands until 2 cm / 3 / 4 inch thick.
Cut into rounds with a pastry cutter.
Place on a lightly greased baking tray and bake in a moderately hot oven , gas 6 , 400 f , 200 c , for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve hot with butter.
