Great doctored baked bean recipe. found this in an old hand-made school recipe booklet. always requested at cookouts. great the first day, better the second. use only the molasses based beans not the ketchup style.

Steps

---

Brown beef with onions seasoned with salt and pepper until no longer pink.

Drain.

---

Mix in 2 cans of beans , sugar , vinegar and ketchup.

---

Put in an ovenware dish , cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.

---

I usually make this the day before and reheat to serve.
