White Chocolate Frosting Recipe
I got this over the internet this last month. It is not too sweet and it doesn't call for powdered sugar, which i hate the taste of. It was great on the red cake i made.
Steps
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Let cool a bit.
Put it in a bowl with cream cheese and butter.
Beat it till smooth and blended.
It should be nice and thick now.
The taste is very good.
