Whipped Cream


Just needed to have the recipe in easy reach. this is from tate's bake shop. this yields 4 cups. i would half this for 2 cups. when less is needed, you could use a hand mixer right in a large measuring cup for easy clean up!!

Steps


Pour the cream into a medium bowl and use an electric mixer to whip it.
Add the sugar and vanilla.
Beat it till stiff peaks just begin to form.
A lighter texture is better than one that is too stiff.
