Thai Ginger Paprika Pork Steaks


A smoky citrusy take on pork steaks. A family favorite and great way to change up your everyday pork.

Steps


Sprinkle pork steaks with lime juice on both sides.
Mix paprika , ginger , lime zest , salt & pepper and rub into both sides of pork steak.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Grill pork steaks on medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees f.
Or until barely pink in the middle.
