Tex Mex Chicken And Rice


A very easy hot dish to prepare. Serve with a crisp green salad.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread rice evenly into a greased 2 1 / 2 quart glass baking dish.
Top with chicken.
Sprinkle with onions and garlic.
In a bowl , mix together remaining ingredients.
Spoon over last layer.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
