Beef Stroganoff Meatballs

Steps


In a bowl , combine the egg , milk , onion , and worcestershire sauce.
Stir in bread crumbs , salt , and pepper.
Crumble the beef over the mixture.
Mix together well.
Shape into 1 1 / 4-inch balls.
Place in a lightly greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.
Bake , uncovered , at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
In a saucepan , saute the mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
Stir in 3 tablespoons flour and salt until blended.
Gradually add broth.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat.
Combine the sour cream and remaining flour until smooth.
Stir into mushroom mixture.
Add meatballs.
Simmer , uncovered , for 4-5 minutes or until heated through , stirring occasionally.
Serve over noodles.
Sprinkle with paprika , if desired.
