Beef Ribs With Mango
Steps
Preheat grill or braising pan.
Brown beef ribs on all sides.
In a preheated saucepan , combine onion , garlic , mango , carrot , green onions , bbq sauce and broth.
Simmer the ribs in this mixture 2 hours or until fork tender.
