Bea's Blue Cheese Sauce For Pasta
I serve this over penne noodles. I sometimes add shrimp or chicken to this.
Steps
Place cream and blue cheese in saucepan and bring to a boil , stirring constantly , over medium heat.
As soon as mixture reaches a boil , remove from heat and pour over pasta of choice.
Sprinkle with parmesan and season with pepper to taste.
