Smoothie Princess Morning Creation


This is what my smoothie princess (she is 3!) decided she wanted to try this morning! . very tasty and one i did not want to lose because it was a nice pick me up after a workout!!

Steps


Peel and seed the orange.
Place it in your blender.
Add the blueberries and milk.
Blend until smooth.
This one will take a little longer then normal smoothies because of the need to break down the orange pulp.
