Smoked Sausage And Sauerkraut


A family favorite! It's quick, inexpensive and tasty!

Steps


Drain sauerkraut in a colander.
Sit under running water for a few minutes to thoroughly rinse the brine.
Place sauerkraut in shallow pan.
Cut sausage in serving size pieces.
Cut lengthwise almost in half and arrange on sauerkraut.
Pour bottle of v-8 over all and simmer to blend flavors and heat sausage.
Serve with mashed or fried potatoes.
Yum !.
