Simple Scotch Shortbread
This recipe is so simple, even i can make it.
Steps
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour a little at a time.
Divide mixture in half and knead each piece 5 minutes or more.
Gently roll out into a circle , place on a baking tray and prick all over with a fork.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cut into 8 wedges and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
Leave to cool.
