Simmered Italian Rice
From swanson chicken broth, published in an ad in real simple magazine april 2011.
Steps
Heat broth & italian seasoning in 2 quart saucepan over med-hi heat , bring to a boil.
Stir rice and spinach into saucepan.
Reduce heat to low , cover & simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Gently fluff with a fork and stir in cheese.
Serve.
