Scarfies Delicious Baked Carrots
This was handed down by my favourite aunt bertha. delicious served with almost anything.
Steps
Grate carrots into casserole dish.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 160c for 30 minutes.
Do not add water.
Remove from oven and add butter , salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve immediately.
