Sauteed Greens With Lemon


Saute beet greens, kale, swiss chard or spinach as a tasty partner to chicken or meat.

Steps


Wash greens , rinse , remove stems& set aside to dry.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic& cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in greens , cover& cook for about 1 minute or until just wilted.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and season to taste.
