Saki Shrimp Kabobs


Saki, japanese wine, makes a tasty addition to the marinade for these shrimp kabobs.

Steps


Combine soy sauce , oil , saki , garlic and ginger.
Marinate shrimp about 2 hours.
If you like softer grilled veggies , microwave them first to your taste.
Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms , onions and tomatoes.
Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes , turning frequently.
Serve over rice pilaf.
