Russian Luscious Strawberry Treat

It's well known that russians have some basic cooking rules: 1) try to use sour cream everywhere you can, and 2) never throw anything away. This is a combination recipe of those two rules, a no cook dessert (or even breakfast) which is super delicious, creating a really yummy sauce without cooking at all! I make this when i have leftover strawberries that are a bit soft but still edible. Kids go insane over this!!

Steps

Mix all ingredients together well.
Wait a minute or so before serving so that the sour cream sauce will be slightly pinkish from the juice created by the strawberries and sugar.
