Steps
Finely chop almonds in processor.
Add roasted peppers , vinegar , and garlic.
Process to coarse puree.
With machine running , pour olive oil through feed tube and process until puree thickens slightly.
Season dip to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve in small bowl.
