Protein Milk Shake


A wonderful way to start your day. I like to have anything other than 'breakfast from a box', and one way that is quick and easy and which guarantees a good balance of protein, carbs and min fat. Great for in-between meals too.

Steps


Follow this sequence to ensure shake does not have too much froth.
Measure milk and pour into a blender.
Chop banana and place in blender.
Whiz blender till banana has been fully blended.
Now add the protein powder , and blend for just 4-5 seconds.
