Pot Roast 5fix
5-ingredient fix contest entry. great dinner. Takes a little time to make but well worth it..
Steps
Boil roast in water for 2 hours.
Take roast out and trim fat off.
Cut roast into serving sizes.
Keep broth.
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In mixing bowl put soup , gravy mix and 2 cups of broth mix until soup is dissolved.
Cut carrots in thirds.
Spray a 13x9 pan.
Place potatoes , carrots and roast in pan.
Pour soup mixture on top and cover with foil.
Cook for approximately 1-1 / 2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are done.
