Penuche Frosting


Makes enough frosting for a 2 layer cake

Steps


Blend butter and brown sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 2 minutes , stirring constantly.
Add milk.
Bring to a boil , stirring constantly.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add powdered sugar gradually , beating constantly until of spreading consistency.
