Nana's Fruit Loaf


My mummys nana invented this fruit loaf, and it is to die for and so impossibly simple and quick to make. And for a bonus, it's egg free

Steps


Boil mixed fruit , water , sugar and butter.
Put in a bowl to cool.
Then mix together with flour and baking soda.
Put into a greased loaf tin.
Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
