My Grandmother Gittle's Mashed Potatoes The Absolute Best
My grandmother made these for me when i was young- grandma lived until 103- she ate these potatoes every day. I like yukon gold potatoes best for this dish.
Steps
Peel and quarter potatoes then cook in water until the potatoes are soft.
Drain and return to pot.
Place butter and sour cream on top of the hot potatoes-then mash gently--.
Serve-sprinkle salt and pepper and each serving.
