My Dad's Spareribs
This recipe has been in my family for as long as i can remember. It is unlike any other rib dish i have tried - i'm sure you will agree when you try it.
Steps
Place ribs in roasting pan and cover with thin slices of lemon and onion.
Bake at 450 degrees for 1 / 2 hour.
While ribs are cooking , bring sauce to a boil- watch carefully as sauce will boil over quickly reduce heat to 350 degrees , pour sauce over ribs and continue cooking for 1 to 1 1 / 2 hour , basting frequently.
