Mom's Oven Rice
Mom used to make this rice and i have no idea of the origin of the recipe. it is very similar to the mushroom rice casserole except this has green peppers and no mushrooms.
Steps
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large skillet or pan , saute onion and green pepper in oil.
Add mushroom soup and heat.
Stir in rice and beef consomme.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered 1 hour stirring a couple of times.
