Mexican Style Beer Marinade
A recipe from ricardo. this is a marinade for chicken. but maybe it would be good with a steak.
Steps
In a glass dish or large sealable plastic bag , combine all the ingredients.
Add chicken drumsticks and coat thoroughly with the marinade.
Cover the dish or seal the bag.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
