Baked Brie Wedges
A fancy easy appetizer that is great to serve for the holidays....
Steps
Roll puff pastry to 1 / 8 inch thickness.
Cut into 24 squares.
Roll cheese wedges in pastry , tucking in ends.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Melt 4 t.
Butter.
Brush on pastry.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
In small saucepan , heat jam and lemon juice together.
Serve as a dipping sauce.
