Mange Tout Soup


Mange tout means eat all" in french once you make this that's what you will want to do!"!

Steps


Melt butter and saut onion until transparent.
Add mange tout , potato and stock.
Bring to boil , cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Take off heat , add milk and liquidize.
Reheat if needed.
