Mama's Rhubarb Crunch
Easy to make desert finished in about an hour. my mama made this for us when we were growing up and served it a la mode. fresh rhubarb is the best if available, frozen is o.k. But you will have to up the cooking time to 60 minutes.
Steps
Combine first three ingredients and place in 9x9 baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over top of filling.
Bake 40 minutes at 375 - serve warm.
