Lobster And Chive Bisque


I haven't tried this yet but i found this in the best of mr. Food 15-minute recipes" magazine which my daughter gave me before we left for california. it sounded quick and yummy. for the sherry you can substitute chicken broth."

Steps


Melt butter i a dutch oven over medium heat.
Saute minced onion 1 minute or until tender.
Add flour , stirring until blended.
Cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk and next 4 ingredients.
Bring just to a simmer.
Cook , uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Stir in lobster and chives.
