Bacon Spinach And Cream Potatoes
Fabulous combo of creamed spinach and bacon smashed potatoes.
Steps
Dice potatoes , place in pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil , add salt to water.
Cook until tender.
In a small skillet over medium heat , add bacon and brown.
Add onions , cook until soft.
Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Add bacon and onions , and defrosted / drained spinach.
Mash to combine.
Add cream and evoo.
Mash until smooth.
Add salt , pepper , and nutmeg.
Enjoy.
