Lentil Ground Beef Alternative For Veggies
This tasty alternative to traditional ground beef is extremely versatile and can be used in all the same ways, as a topping for baked potatoes, with mash, pasta or layered in a lasagne.
Steps
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the chopped vegetables for about 5 minutes over a medium heat until lightly coloured.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until tender and serve as wished.
