Bacon Breakfast Muffins


These are delicious muffins that are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or to serve with soup or salad.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350.
In a small skillet , cook green onions in butter until soft.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl , mix together flour , baking powder , salt , and sugar.
Set aside.
In a medium bowl , beat eggs together with milk.
Add in bacon , cheese , and green onions / butter.
Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture.
Spoon mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Fill cups about 3 / 4 full.
Bake 25-27 minutes.
