I clipped this recipe out of our sunday paper. i think it sounds very interesting, so i'm posting so i will always have it. i can't wait to try these, i hope you enjoy them.

Steps

Mix honey and molasses together and bring to a boil.

Cool thoroughly.

Stir in sugar , egg , lemon juice and rind.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to the above.

Mix in citron and nuts.

---

Chill dough overnight.

---

Roll small amount at a time.

---

Keep rest chilled.

---

Roll 1 / 4 inch thick.

---

Cut 1 1 / 2 x 2 1 / 2 inches.

---

Place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet.

---

Bake until no imprint remains when lightly touched.
