Jean's Quick Chili


This recipe is a variation of a recipe in a local grocery flier, it is very tasty and filling, high in fibre.

Steps


Fry ground meat and onion until cooked.
Drain fat , add kidney beans , black beans , diced tomatoes , green pepper , and seasonings.
Bring to boil , reduce heat to low and simmer 10- 15 minutes.
