3 Can Burritos


An easy and healthy vegetarian burrito filling that tastes delicious.

Steps


Heat the oil in a large saucepan and saute onion , garlic , chilli and cumin until fragrant and soft.
Add bell pepper and mushrooms.
Saute until soft.
Add both types of beans and the tomatoes.
Bring to the boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas and other fillings at the table for people to wrap into burritos.
