Baby Bok Choy Stir Fry


Adapted from a recipe on about.com. Makes 2 generous servings.

Steps


Heat oil over medium-high heat and cook ginger for about 30 seconds.
Add bok choy , soy sauce , and sugar.
Stir-fry 3-5 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness.
Remove ginger slices , add sesame oil and serve.
