Steps

Preheat oven to 375f.

Cream together first five ingredients.

In separate bowl mix with whisk next 3 ingredients then add to wet batter.

Fold in blueberries carefully.

Spread into greased 9x13-inch pan.

Mix topping ingredients in a bowl and crumble with pastry blender or 2 knives until mealy.

Top batter with topping and bake for 35-40 minutes.
