Kale Salad


Did you think that kale was just for decorating the platter? well, it's not!here is a salad that should be made ahead of time for the flavors to meld.!

Steps


To make:.
Wash kale well and dry between towels.
Remove tough stems.
Slice or tear apart and place in salad bowl.
In small bowl , whisk together , garlic , mustard , salt , pepper , and olive oil.
Add the juice of one lime to this and whisk to make dressing.
Place onions , mushrooms and apple with kale greens.
Pour dressing over and toss.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve:.
Add sliced tomatoes just before serving.
Squeeze two limes over salad and toss.
Now -- enjoy !.
