Kahlua Chocolate Chip Cookies

Steps

Heat oven to 350f.

In a large bowl , cream butter and sugars.

Stir in egg and vanilla extract.

Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.

---

In another bowl , sift flours with baking soda , salt and cinnamon , then add to the creamed mixture.

Mix in the kahlua.

---

Roll dough into a log and divide into 8 pieces , placing pieces on a parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten with flour dusted palm of your hand.

Bake for 10- 12 minutes or until done - ovens vary.
